 | This is a web site dedicated to HO Slotcar Racing. You will be
able to view an active racing club, the classes and the cars used, as well
as collectable HO cars and trucks from Aurora, Tyco, Life-Like and various
others, as well as some custom creations. |
| There will be pages dedicated to the Canmore Slotcar Club, the
classes that are run in the club; the cars used; race results; tuning of
cars, and the selling of various, collectable vehicles. |

The main track used is a 6-lane, with Tomy track
sections and infra-red sensors, combined with a Trak-Mate computerized
race program. The cars seen above are AFX magnatraction, racing in the
Can-Am class. There are 9 classes that are run in the club, and they
range from the slow but fun T-jets, up to the super fast open wheel class.
Points are tabulated after each race, and come year end, trophies, prizes,
and glory are heaped upon the winner in each category. The club has been
operating in Canmore, AB. since 1999. |
